MALS' 10th Anniversary Party

When I started with the department, there were some assets for the 10th anniversary of the academic unit, MALS, created by the previous designer that I used as the foundation of the materials I created to continue promoting. This series of celebratory events is larger and occurring over a longer time period than is usual for department-hosted events, to say the least! For the grand finale, the department is holding a commemorative gathering off-campus. The theme for this party was casual and celebratory, with a Latinx cultural flair, without being too childish or too formal. We utilized Paperless Post as a third party vendor to provide official invitations to members of the university and local community and collect RSVPs to mitigate concerns regarding the venue capacity, as well as creating physical flyers and social media graphics for promotion.
